Key Responsibilities (see attached job description for full details): Deal Analysis & Due Diligence Support ongoing transactions by building financial models, evaluating company performance, and assisting with due diligence and deal closing processes. Value Creation Planning Contribute to designing post-acquisition value creation strategies, including operational improvements, cost rationalization, and growth initiatives.
