We are a boutique private equity fund focused on identifying, acquiring, and operating businesses valued between $10 million and $50 million, typically with EBITDA ranging from $1 million to $5 million. We are currently seeking to assemble a team of three exceptional interns to join us during this exciting phase of active dealmaking. Key Responsibilities (see attached job description for full details): Deal Analysis & Due Diligence Support ongoing transactions by building financial models, evaluating company performance, and assisting with due diligence and deal closing processes. Value Creation Planning Contribute to designing post-acquisition value creation strategies, including operational improvements, cost rationalization, and growth initiatives. Additional Details: This role may occasionally involve in-person meetings, so preference will be given to candidates based in New York or Michigan.
