Becoming a business broker

Has anyone else changed plans and decided to become a business broker instead of buying a business? How was the process? Any tips or regrets, advantages and disadvantages? I’m thinking about going that route and the process seems to be fairly easy to become a licensed business broker in Florida.

I believe you have to be a licensed realtor in florida. (and....that's the only restriction.)
