Before You Submit an LOI — Let’s Review Your Deal! If you’re preparing to submit an LOI, here’s something we do at Pioneer Capital Advisory that can save you a ton of time (and headaches): We’ll review your deal before you go under LOI — completely free. No engagement letter required. We’ll take a quick look at your structure and financials and give you an honest assessment on questions like: 1) Does this deal cash flow after owner comp? 2)Does the DSCR work for SBA lenders? 3) Any red flags with structure, working capital, or seller note terms? A 20-minute deal review upfront can prevent you from chasing a deal that won’t make it through underwriting. If you’re looking at an opportunity right now, reach out to me directly at redacted — or book a call with me using my calendar link below. https://calendly.com/rafael-pioneercap Let’s make sure your LOI is financeable before you submit it.

Good deals get snatched up so quick in today's M&A climate, I'm not sure there would be enough time to get an initial review prior to submitting the LOI. The avg searcher is going to have to get comfortable with doing a quick back of the napkin calc (or model) based on the numbers they receive from the broker/seller and make a preliminary offer from there. Once in DD, the financials may necessitate a revision in offer price/terms anyway - but it's best to be at the table having locked up the deal before another buyer. Just my 2cents based on experience - and attempting to reach out to you guys prior to LOI on a deal I was considering last year. The person I was scheduled to meet with cancelled at the last minute.

This sounds like a great deal. Though I'm not located in the US, I think is a brilliant idea.
