Best Book on Operating Phase of Search

What are the best books you’ve read on the operating phase of search. For example, books covering subjects like small business strategic planning, building a sales team from scratch, etc.

I think you’ll do better if you figure out the specific problem(s) you’re looking for an answer to and then talk to people whose experience you can tap into. Most books are pretty dogmatic (‘this is the one and true way’) and may not be relevant for your company.
