Best CRM for Field Services Industries (Preferably Fire Protection) ?
Hi amigos in field service industries,
I'm searching for a reliable CRM for a Fire Protection company. Currently, I am using QuickBooks Online, but I need a solution that streamlines the entire lead-to-cash process—from initial contact (phone calls or other lead sources) to invoicing and credit card payments.
Does anyone have recommendations for a CRM suited for this industry or similar?
I’m somewhat familiar with ServiceTitan but unsure if it's the right fit, and the cost seems high. I'm also considering Jobber, but it appears to require a separate phone service solution.
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I navigate this decision!
