Quick question for the group: What email warm-up services have you actually had good results with? We’re setting up new inboxes for outbound emails to potential clients and want to be thoughtful about deliverability. Curious which tools you’ve used, what worked, and anything you’d avoid. Appreciate any firsthand recommendations.

I use Apollo to generate lists but use MailerLite for actual execution. It has some features that tie into my websites as well to capture leads via pop ups and downloads when I do social media advertising. I’ve also built some software using Replit to handle email campaigns from one of my businesses as part of the event management platform.

We use instantly.ai and have always had good results. However, I’d say these tools only work if you make sure your MX records, DMARC & Co are all on point. DM me if you need a recommendation of someone to help you with this, there’s a freelancer I’ve worked with for years.
