Best resources for search fund newbies? NY/NJ area

After starting my career in management consulting and then starting an Ed Tech company (that failed after a few years), I joined the retail pharmacy my grandfather started in NJ in the 60's. I'm now a 3rd generation part-owner of the business and we're part retail, part compounding pharmacy. Leading us through a pandemic in what many would call a dying industry for independent businesses has been one of the most challenging, but rewarding professional experiences of my life.

I'm attending NYU Stern starting this fall and have been talking with as many people as possible to determine my next career move based on my background and passions. A classmate recommended I check out SFs and this website, so here I am!

What are some "must read" resources or articles for beginners? I'd love to dive in to better learn what I'm getting myself into. Thanks!
