There are many ways to go about finding a partner, but I would obviously advise that a partner is like a marriage so make sure you all are on the same page before you go into business together. As for actually finding a partner, do a search here and see who is in Canada with your specified filters and reach out. There are also some business buying communities that you could be apart of they will have many people who want to partner to buy a deal.
