I'm looking for the best ways to invest. I'm an accredited investor with about $500k I'd be willing to allocate to search deals. I understand investment opportunities like investing as an LP in Pacific Lake have a double-fee built in, as it's really one fund investing into another. Is there a way to avoid double fees but still get diversity and access to quality deals?

With $500k, I’ve seen people have good outcomes by investing directly with a small group of strong searchers rather than going through a fund-of-funds. It takes a bit more work upfront, but you usually get better fee economics, more transparency, and still reasonable diversification if you spread it across a few deals.

Hi Andrew We are raising for our fund. Strong SMB track record and no multiple layers of fees to worry about. We already have two really good deals lined up for the fund so coming out of the gate strong. I will shoot you a message to set up a meeting.
