We are looking for recommendations on a billing and compliance due diligence provider. The scope would be a pre-close compliance review, including a billing and coding sample audit, payor compliance review, and an assessment of documentation practices. This would be similar to BRG / SimiTree, but sized for an SBA-scale transaction. The ideal firm has true ABA-specific experience: the 97-series CPT codes, RBT supervision requirements, concurrent billing rules, and Medicaid managed care dynamics. If you have used a provider you would recommend in ABA, behavioral health, or another Medicaid-reimbursed services business, we would appreciate the reference.
