I'm a self-funded searcher and I'm currently in discussions to acquire two highly profitable independent insurance agencies with operations in 6 states, representing over $5m in revenue and $1.3m in adjusted EBITDA. We are seeking $3-4m in equity funding to acquire the proposed targets and fund future accretive add-on acquisitions.
