For the searchers out there, how do you think about your Board of Directors composition especially in terms of the external experts which may not have his big of a financial stake in the business if any.

Eventually I’d like to get on the board of a few small companies and help them grow by sharing what I’ve learned at major corporations and different functions across businesses. It would be helpful to understand what race is the probability of success. Thank you
