Hi all - I am looking for book recommendations relating to the day-to-day operations of a newly acquired business.

I have previous M&A experience, so am fairly familiar with the deal making process, but I am more looking for insight from Day 1 of ownership.

Any suggested are much appreciated.

I suppose it depends on what insights you are looking for. But if you are looking to run a small business, some of these might be helpful
1) Traction - Gino Wickman
2) The Managers Handbook - David Dodson
3) The New Leader’s 100-Day Action Plan
4)If you are going to be selling/head of sales - everything by Jeb Blount, Alex Hormozi, Grant Cardone
5) If you are going to be hiring - Who: The A Method for Hiring (Geoff Smart)

Simple numbers, Straight Talk Big profits by Greg Crabtree is a must if you are new to running a small biz.

Incidentally I recorded a short today on the book - https://youtube.com/shorts/rc4Eb9uY8CY?si=rGfXcAtC_7GviM5D
