I've come across an interesting boutique supermarket specializing in niche upscale food products. What are people's thoughts around this space? I understand that scalability would be a challenge, but that is not one of my concerns at the moment. I don't hear these types of businesses being targeted often by searchers, so I'm wondering if there are some undesirable characteristics that I'm overlooking.
