Panel Discussion:
Our panel discussion will delve into various topics surrounding women in search, including career advancement, overcoming obstacles, and the future of the search. We encourage you to submit any questions you have in advance, and we'll strive to incorporate them into the discussion.

Speakers:
Paige Sopcic: Paige is the President of CanSource, a beverage can wrapping company. She began her career at General Electric, focused on solving high-visibility engineering design and operations challenges across the Energy industry. Paige holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois. She is Lean Six Sigma and SCUBA certified.

Iani Alecsiu: Iani is a Principal and Operating Partner at Broadtree. Prior to Broadtree, Iani was a Senior Research Associate on the number one ranked equity research retail team at MoffettNathanson and Evercore Partners, where she worked with the top retailers in the world such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Costco. Prior to Evercore, Iani spent two years on Morgan Stanley’s equity trading floor, where she worked directly with traders, hedge fund managers, pension fund portfolio managers and internal bankers. Iani holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and German Literature from Columbia University.
