Brown University Student Looking to Help Out

Hi everyone! My name is Nick Prior, and I’m currently an undergraduate student at Brown University studying Applied Math - Computer Science and East Asian Studies. Outside of my majors, I'm interested in the intersection of finance and sustainability, in fact I'll be traveling to Taiwan this winter on a fellowship to engage in renewable energy research at National Taiwan University. I'm looking to help out as an unpaid intern this fall and even into the spring. I’ve previously interned at an independent merchant bank focusing on M&A, and I’m now hoping to sharpen my skills during the semester by contributing part-time to a search fund. I’m especially interested in learning more about the operational side - from deal sourcing and diligence to post-acquisition management.
