Ridge & Valley Holdings buys and holds home services businesses across the Southeast and Sun Belt. HVAC, plumbing, pest control, lawn care, electrical. We hold for the long term, do real seller rollover, and we don't flip. Part of what I'm building this firm around: I actively want more women in the mix, and I'll say that plainly. Home services is overwhelmingly male at the ownership level. I see that as a sourcing opportunity.
