I’m in the process of launching a sell-side M&A advisory focused on lower middle market founder-owned businesses ($2–15M EBITDA).
My goal is to bring institutional-quality execution and structured auction processes to founder-led businesses that typically receive broker-level service.
I’m building a process-first model that emphasizes:
