Built a tool that does CIM diligence for solo searchers, looking for pilot users (free)
I run a buy and build in the Midwest and do all my own CIM diligence, no analysts, no diligence team. After one too many late nights tracing a seller's "adjusted" EBITDA back through a 60 page CIM, I built the tool I wished existed, and I'm now opening it up to other searchers. It's called Vouch. You drop in a CIM and it produces a structured screening memo with every number traced back to its source page, the unsupported add-backs and run rate adjustments flagged, and the output cryptographically signed so your investors can actually audit it instead of taking your spreadsheet on faith. The goal is CIM to IC ready in a weekend. We're in an invite only pilot right now and it's free for searchers during the pilot, free permanently if you're an MBA/student searcher, pay-per-CIM after that for active searchers (no seats, no commitment between deals). If you're actively screening deals and want to run your next CIM through it, request access at vouchapi.com or email me at redacted There's also a free CIM screening checklist at vouchapi.com/cim-screening-checklist.pdf if you just want that. Honest feedback from this community is worth more to me than signups, happy to answer anything in the thread. redactedredacted
