Business Associate- Support completing a $6m add-on acquisition (New York)

A great short term opportunity for a prospective searcher or consultant to gain some valuable experience closing a transaction. Stanley Ruth is looking to hire full or part time support staff to help us complete our 4th acquisition of an air conditioning company in New York. The role will last for two to three months and be well compensated. Your work may include helping to manage our team of professionals, responding to underwriters, drafting budgets, reviewing legal documents, and developing a transition plan for immediately post close, You will be working with our models, investor documents, bank documents, and M&A playbook.
