New York took 13 months to approve on a deal for one of my clients after the purchase agreement was signed. The seller has a heart attack during that time. Thank god he didn’t die as then it wouldn’t have closed. This was a listed business and the new owner has doubled the bottom line in 4 years. So there are some good listings.

Searchfunder member‌, what state(s) are you interested in? Half the battle on a home healthcare or home care transaction is the state regulatory process to transfer the license and work through the change of ownership requirements. BTW, are you interested in both or just home healthcare?
