I'd like to get feedback from folks on their insights of whether they find a broker as a useful resource (on either side of the transaction) vs utilizing an already baked-in professional network (CPAs, Bankers, Business Attorneys, etc...). Thank you!

It depends on what you’re trying to accomplish - but for most Searchfunder users, business brokers are the fastest way to access live deals where owners are actually ready to sell. That’s why we built DealMatch, which is the largest aggregator of brokered listings in the USA. You can filter deals, request CIMs with one click, and manage broker relationships with integrated email. Try it free at https://getdealmatch.com, or let me know if you’d like a quick walkthrough! ^redacted

Brokers do tend have a better quality of deals (the broker itself also matters) and you are unlikely to come across tire kicker sellers this way
