I'm a big fan of AppSumo and use it to find new software all the time. Just sharing some info here for the good of the community, especially cash-strapped searchers.

If you don't know how it works, startups work a deal to be featured on AppSumo. For new users, you can usually get lifetime access to a startup's software for a one-time fee. That fee is usually equivalent to 3-6 months worth of a subscription (and again, you get lifetime access).

It's all startups and usually bootstrapped ones, so buyer beware, but you can find some killer deals on there.

TidyCal to replace Calendly

I was a long-time Calendly user but found TidyCal on AppSump and haven't looked back. Just as good as Calendly and I paid a one-time cost of $39 vs. the $12/month I paid for Calendly. Made by AppSumo and getting great reviews.

Brrezedoc to replace Docusign

Helpful to have docusign as a searcher to send NDAs to investors, bankers, etc. Personal is $10/month. AppSumo has Breezedoc (their in-house competitor to Docusign) for a $0 lifetime access. It's new and had some hiccups, but the AppSumpo founder (Noah Kagan) is in the comments and taking this one on.

Anyway- thought these were helpful and wanted to share.

Happy searching.

Secret is another one of these platforms where you sign-up and get a lot of discounts on software. With Secret, you get access to up to $1,000,000+ in savings on the best software to run your search, operate, and scale your business. This is an affiliate link but shouldn't matter: https://www.joinsecret.com/?via=roman

Hot take from someone who prepares a lot of e-signature executed documents....its free and not difficult to copy paste a jpeg of your signature onto a document and email it back. Very rare to need the authentication portion of DocuSign, and in those rare instances can just do wet-ink.
