Business tied to a personality

Generally speaking I have not been interested in acquiring businesses that are tied to a personality. However, there is an owner that has two business and one of them is tied to the personality of the owner. I’m looking g to acquire both businesses. Does anyone have connections to a marketing/ PR firm that could help with the strategy to go through multi year transition to rebrand?
