Buy-side Broker in the Pacific Northwest?

I'm looking for a buy side broker to help find a deal (on or off market) that is in the PNW that generates $1m+ EBIDTA. Anyone have experience using buy-side brokers at this range of businesses? I know they're more commonly used for businesses at higher EBIDTA ranges. What are some names? One I've heard is Calder.

John Martinka is well regarded for buy side work in the PNW. Probably worth having a conversation with.

The first PNW-based broker that came to mind was IBA ( https://ibainc.com ) who may do buy-side advisory, but I think is mostly sell-side. Haven't worked with them directly but have evaluated a couple of opportunities they were the brokers for.
