Division 25 is integrated automation: the companies that install and service building controls for HVAC, lighting, and energy. Mostly small, owner-run shops. I'm looking at this space and my biggest worry is the OEM dealer agreement (Siemens, JCI, Distech, etc.). If it doesn't transfer on a sale, I'm not sure what you're buying. For anyone who's bought one: did you keep the dealer agreement through close, and what did the OEM require? Also curious what multiples look like now, and what you wish you'd checked before the LOI.
