Buying/Trading Search Prospect Lists

I am curious if there's an interest in the network re: some mechanism to exchange/buy/sell search prospect lists that have gone stale or are being unused by former searchers. It seems like there is a lot of upfront work we all do to find company names/contact info with virtual assistants etc. and once an acquisition happens or a search ends those lists go unused but may still have value. Am I off base here with what that could look like to facilitate?

Ex:) As a self-funded searcher, I'm interested in buying companies of that typical size (let's say $3M-$5M EV or more) in the Midwest and would pay for a list that is going unused.
