We acquired a business a year ago and now aiming to scale, but my personal situation leaves me with limited time. I'm exploring options to bring in an investor-operator to serve as CEO for overseeing and expanding the business (currently operations is managed by a able GM who is expert in the field).

Alternatively, I'm curious if others have successfully sold their business to a searcher after initially being a self-funded searcher upon purchase?
