Byline Bank, a $6.5B Chicago based institution, is a Preferred Lending Partner of the SBA and consistently ranks as one of the top national SBA lenders (#2 last year at over $600MM). The Small Business Capital Group at Byline Bank provides searchers with acquisition and growth funding via its suite of credit products - SBA, USDA and conventional bank loans - both term and revolving in nature. These credit facilities can be structured to minimize searchers' and investors' up front equity investment while holding interest rates at single digit levels without an equity give up.

I lead Byline's efforts in support of search funds and independent sponsors throughout the U.S. If you would like to talk financing for your next acquisition, please do not hesitate to contact me via###-###-#### or redacted Thanks!

As you surmised, it does get more difficult to provide searcher financing as a credit package approaches or exceeds eight figure levels. However, as a an institution of size ($6.5B), Byline does have the ability to provide other financing in support of traditional searcher financing.
