Call tracking for B2C services businesses

Hi everyone,

I've been evaluating some call tracking platforms to get better data about the performance of our marketing channels for our home services company. Right now we are in a test phase with CallRail, possibly using their LeadCenter platform to replace our entire phone system. Their LeadCenter product is definitely not as configurable as many others (Aircall, Dialpad, etc.) but there is some advantage to having a single system that can do both.

What's everyone else using for call tracking? How are you tracking revenue per lead source?

CallRail is king!!! Been using it since it launched almost a decade ago and no one else is even close in terms of robustness
