Hey everyone, I am looking at acquiring a smaller construction company and have a potential opportunity. One of the key risks is that it is a smaller company with a field manager, field supervisor, and an office manager. There is a high likelihood the field manager will leave after the acquisition. Does anyone have any good tips on where to look for hiring skilled construction managers in California? With a company at about 500 DE I would love to talk with anyone who may have experience in shoring and how much of a key personnel risk this potentially is. Thank you!

Thanks ^redacted‌ for the tag. Many trades have placement companies that specialize. For example, I have a client that does searches for HVAC personnel. Let me know if of interest. My email is redacted

Thanks ^redacted‌. Depending on the type of contractor, many of my clients source their new employees through the employee grapevine.
