Brief Resume: Scaled my Construction Company from solo-operator to a 30 person operation and multi-million in revenue in 3 years Regional Operations and Portfolio Management (40 people over multliple states, $500M real estate portfolio) Bought two plumbing companies in 2025, revamped ops and marketing plans, streamlined process and the org chart, developed and implemented SOPs. Dialed in CRM (ServiceTitan) and installed a CapEx plan to upgrade trucks, tooling and equipment. If anyone needs some guidance post closing, especially in the trades, please let me know!
