Can anyone recommend a QofE provider for a deal under LOI?

Hi all, We’re currently supporting several Search CEOs and independent sponsors in a GTM / Commercial Due Diligence capacity who are under LOI on lower middle market service businesses (think HVAC, plumbing, electrical, multi-trade, construction, commercial/residential mix). I would call these "People-first service businesses." I’m looking for strong QoE providers to go along side the work we are doing who: - Have experience with <$10M EBITDA services companies - Understand owner-dependent revenue and add-back scrutiny - Can move quickly within tight LOI timelines - Are comfortable working with first-time buyers - Take a practical, operator-minded approach If you’ve worked with a firm you’d highly recommend in this segment, I’d really appreciate any introductions or referrals.
