I would suggest that you subscribe to one of the private equity firm data bases like the Private Equity Info data base. Do a search for firms in your deal size (small?) with a focus in your specialized medical area. There are plenty of them in various aspects of the medical industry and plenty of roll ups occurring. Most of them would be happy to hear from you because they are always looking for either platform deals or tuck in deals for existing platforms.
