Can anyone share 15 min for tips on how to start a Search Fund?

Hello everyone! Im a finance guy who, after several years doing M&A work in the energy infra space, decided to start his own business in Ghana. 4 years later I sold it, and now, I feel like the entrepreneurial bug has taken hold of me. I like the blend of finance and operations that the Search Fund model is based on, and Im trying to figure out how to start one in Spain. Would anyone be willing to share 15 min of their time to give me some insights? Origination, Fundraising, etc... I've got tonnes to learn and I could really use some advice! Many thanks!
