After looking to buy a SMB for a year and encountering irrational sellers and gatekeeping brokers, I'm looking at franchising in earnest. Interestingly, there are two franchising B2B opp in a niche market I'm looking at. I have contacted both to see which is better. While they have same product and service, they seem to be unique in their ways. Can I start with one and then a yr later go get the other franchise? Do they have non compete agreements?
