Hello everyone,I'm a self-funded searcher based in Ontario, Canada, and I'm currently seeking recommendations for a Quality of Earnings (QofE) provider and an accounting firm. I am targeting businesses with EBITDA in the $750k - $3M range. I'm looking for a provider that offers the following services:* Quality of Earnings (QofE): A comprehensive QofE report for buy-side due diligence.* Tax Structure & Planning: Expertise in advising on optimal tax structures for a business acquisition in Canada, including post-purchase tax planning.* Post-Purchase Accounting: Ongoing accounting and bookkeeping services for the acquired business.
