Former tech banker - BDC, Scotia, National (bought SVB's book), and TD may consider SaaS operating line facilities for non-VC-backed companies, typically with MRR > $250k sized at 3-6x MRR. Problem with these is often in the covenants, which can make drawing on the facility challenging - RBCx, CIBC + all the others will do VC-backed deals based on the size of the equity round raised, and who participated. In these situations (Venture Debt), you often get a committed term debt facility that you can draw on at your convenience. Ussually will cost you warrants. - Some private lenders (TIMIA, Espresso, Firepower) will offer SaaS operating lines or acquisition facilities, but typically for MRR > $500k
