Hello there, I have a buy-side advisory firm where I help with M&A underwriting as well as some operational finance work. I get requests for help on raising funds for acquisitions, expansion capital, lines of credit, etc., but am not very good when it comes to this type of work. Anyone who is skilled in this area and would be interested in these types of engagements? Note: Some of it is ETA-type deals but not all.
