Capital Table for Self-Funded Searcher

Anyone have examples of Capital Tables for a Self-Funded Search?  Is there a common or recommended formula for figuring out how to split up distribution of profit?

 I am looking at an SBA 7a, Personal Capital, Seller's Note, and Search Fund Investor Capital.

I find many online for VC type deals but having a challenge with the Search Fund Model
