Car Storage Business - Costa Rica

A bit of a weird one I stumbled upon recently. I own some rental property in Nosara and know first hand how frustrating the car market is in Costa Rica. I spend a couple months down there a year and opted to buy a car because the rental prices can get so insane. But then you get the universal expat problem of car storage. Due to the natural humidity and age of the average vehicles on the road, it's critical to have your car somewhere that you trust and where someone can start it for you once a week / address any mechanical issues you have. That's where Car Center CoCo steps in. The asset is a residential property + car storage business that has lots of avenues for significant growth. Finance offering is 3 year term 0% interest. So you could effectively buy this property a couple minutes from the beach for $500,000 and just let the business pay off the financing for the next 3 years. I'm not a broker, just a guy who wanted to share an opportunity.
