Casting Call for Letter of Intent Horror Stories

I'm an M&A lawyer and I see some really bad letters of intent, usually it's hard to do much about them by the time they come to me. I really want people to stop messing these up!
I also have a youtube channel and I'd love to interview some folks who've had experience with deals falling through because of bad letters of intent. This could be anything like accidentally promising you'd do a stock purchase when you meant asset or failing to negotiate lease rates until too late when you're stuck with paying 3x market or walking away from the deal.
TL:DR if you've seen or experienced a dumb LOI, I'd love to hear about it. The videos will also promote whatever you're up to now, whether it's full-time searching, or running the business you ultimately bought.
