Looking to hire a CEO / COO to lead an Electrical Contracting business in the Greater Boston market. Reasonably flexible to prior experience, but would prefer some meaningful operating experience w/ P&L ownership in a construction trades environment. Role would oversee departments across business development, estimating, project management, and service. Co-investment opportunity with meaningful carry as part of compensation package.
