CEO Maternity Leave/Coverage

Hi All!

I was speaking to a couple of prospective female searchers, and an unanswered question that many are too afraid to ask centers on the issue if "If i buy a search company and THEN have a baby.... what the hell am I going to do?".

I did this - I closed on 8/31/2024 and had my daughter Charlotte in mid-September. SO, open invitation to ANY PROSPECTIVE PARENT who needs a talk about how to handle the logistics, the communications with your investors, or just your own needs.
