Top performing CEOs and companies have top tier advisors helping push and guide them to think big and achieve more than they thought possible. While this can take many forms - advisors/coaches/Board members/etc., the one common thread is that the CEOs and businesses that perform the best surround themselves with people that push and challenge them. This is what I have a passion for doing and have dedicated the past 6 years of my career to. I advise/coach/consult with CEOs and leadership teams largely in services or tech/tech-enabled businesses as either an outside advisor/coach or a board member. I leverage my 25+ years experience in leading PE-backed and public companies in the Tech, Tech-Enabled Services, and Business Services sectors to drive tangible, positive impact in the businesses I work with. My most recent operating role was President of Mood Media, a $450MM+ publicly traded global retail tech/media business with operations in 46 countries that was taken private by Apollo and Blackstone. Prior roles were leading portcos for other large PE firms and I have also served as an advisor to multiple PE firms along the way.
