I started washing dishes at 14. I taught myself to cook, and over the last several years I built Savour First Choice Catering into one of the go-to caterers in Southwest Florida. Along the way we added an upscale restaurant and a coffee company under Savour Companies.
Here's what I've learned: I'm great at building the brand, the food and the experience. But I've become the bottleneck. The catering business has a loyal client base, a strong reputation and a kitchen with room to do a lot more. What it needs is an operator who loves systems, sales and the P&L as much as I love the food.
So I'm looking for a CEO-level partner to run catering day to day while I stay focused on culinary, brand and the media side of the business.
This isn't a "keep the lights on" role. The long-term plan is to:- Become the leading catering company in Southwest Florida- Grow by acquiring smaller caterers and event businesses- Eventually merge with the right partner or sell, with the operator sharing in that payoff through real equity
Equity is earned by building value, and a buy-in is optional depending on what you bring to the table.
