We monetize via vendor sponsorships, and our free HR Tech advisor service that you can think of as a service assisted marketplace for HR software. I'm looking for somebody to work directly with me, the CEO, to help continue to grow our business. This is ideal for somebody who eventually wants to do a search or, in general, run their own business one day. I need somebody to help me on key strategic initiatives such as: - Partnerships - Work on leveraging AI more effectively across our company - Fill in where we need help (for example, sales or digital media expertise, hiring, etc.) We are a bootstrapped, remote-only company that I started eight years ago out of Harvard Business School.
