CIM data extraction

Any tips/automations for efficiently extracting p&l and other data from CIMs into a usable format like Excel? PDF'd tables are easier to copy/paste but I haven't found an easy way to transfer data from PDF'd images.

Multimodal LLMs such as o1 or Claude 3.5 are your friend here, ^redacted‌. If the financials tables are images, pass these to the LLM outside of a PDF so they don’t get omitted during text-extraction. We’ve built agents for analysing IMs, PPMs and datarooms at BizCrunch, which do exactly this.

Hey Kendrick, I've been suffering the same fate on this along with many other low value, repetitive tasks. I'm actually a software entrepreneur disguised as a searcher for the last 7 months so I decided to build a solution. I'm calling it Tirekickr (get it?!).
