Similar to home healthcare services, it's difficult to find and keep employees. Barriers to entry are super low, unless dealing with specialized services like hazmat or similar. I
have a contact who founded, ran, and sold one of the larger commercial cleaning companies. He does consulting work now and could possibly be interested in helping out, depending on the scope. Let me know if you're interesedt! Thanks

Depends on whether you're talking about commercial or residential. Residential side, there's a low barrier to entry and its hard to scale. Commercial side, client retention is notoriously low with the majority of clients typically turning over upon renewal. Both are experiencing margin pressure from higher wages and employee retention of quality cleaners is notoriously difficult.
